[EquisMetaStock Group] variable in HHV

Hallo. Does anyone know what to do if I need to use variable in HHV?
My code in system trainer:

so:=BarsSince(hour()=9 and minute()=02);
DH:=hhv(H,so);

.....

and when I want to accept it I see:

"This variable or expression must contain only constant data"

How can I solve this problem?
