It seems that many of your smart charts, and probably the default template from which they were created, contain references to indicators who's names have been changed or the indicators deleted. I think that you need to create a new default template, making sure that the chart you use for this purpose contains no flaky indicators. Once a new default template is created you'll need to delete all existing smart charts so that MS can create new smart charts from the new (fully functional) template.
You can create a new default template at any time by right-clicking in an open area of the chart to be used as the template and selecting the "Save as Default Template" option.
