Hi Rvalue,
My method was not completely mechanical. I used Jose's URSC kit to
rank indices and shares and made my choices from that. I learnt
everything from the articles I read in MSTT which I have found to be
very beneficial in my learning curve.
I pulled out of the market mid April not based on a sell signal but on
intuition that the market was overbought.
The top portfolio was $70,000 which when annualised is phenomenal. I
don't think there are mechanical methods that can achieve that
performance in such a short time frame. Or maybe there is and if so I
would be very interested.
Personally I would be very very happy to average 25% on an annual
basis
