[EquisMetaStock Group] data format of GICS data from metastocktools website

Hi,
I downloaded the GICS data from the metastocktools website link.  I am
having trouble using it.  I can't get metastock to recognize it, what
file format is it and can it be converted with the downloader?  I am
trying to download sector data for use in David Jenyns RSC tutorial.
