[EquisMetaStock Group] Error while conversion using downloader

Hi,

While converting  a ASCII Format .CSV file to a metastock smartchart using
The Downloader, i am getting the following error:

"*File
error(C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\cbk2A.tmp):C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCAL~1\Temp\cbk2A.tmp
was not found*."

and

*File exception occurred during conversion: cause = 2*


When i checked the path mentioned, the tmp file is there. I am using
Metastock V 7.03 and my OS is Win 2000.

Each time the .tmp filename is different but the same error persists.

Someone please help me.
