Hi Derek,
I can recommend MetaStock plug-in "Chart Pattern Recognition", which is based on John Murphy's "Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets" text.
It is very good, if there is a Triangle, be it Ascending, Descending or Symmetrical in your chosen equities, the plug-in will find it; I know, I've got it and have no complaints - it does what it says on the label.
Just go to the Equis website, or your favourite dealer's (I use Paritech and they are very efficient) for a quote.
