If I trade with moving average Mov(C,10,S) for trading, then I will
receive confirmed Buy / Sell Signals as price cross above / below it.
However, Stop Loss levels usually based on previous trough / peak,
noone can determine whether the current level is trough / peak,
except those became history or price already make a move with certain
percentage, such as 1%.
Does anyone have any suggestion on combining Buy / Sell Signals with
Stop Loss Level for trading?
For example,
If current price triggers a Buy Signal above Stop Loss Level
[previous peak], then I will buy at this moment, but what about if
the current price is still belw Stop Loss level [previous peak] and
trigger a Buy Signal, should I buy ?
Should I wait until the price is above previous peak? then I buy at
that moment, even though the Buy Signal is already triggered a few
day ago.
Does anyone have any suggestion?
Thank you in advance
Eric
