Hi Gildone,
Try this formula,
Cross(RSI(14),25) AND Ref(Sum(RSI(14)<25,5)>=3, -1).
As per your requirement for min of 3 days RSI should remain below 25, this 
will test for min of 3 days within last 5 days. You can test it for more 
days if you wish.
