[EquisMetaStock Group] Excel Real Time Quotes

Hi,
Using Metastock I come up with 20 stocks on a given day I may want to
trade, I have the list in excel and I want to get real time quotes
into excel to monitor them and perform additional analysis.  
Does anyone know of:
1) A way to get real time quotes into excel
2) Will it interface into Ameritrade, if not real time service
3) Can I find a way to send an email from excel if a trigger occurs
4) Any online Firm which will allow me to upload orders instead of
entering them hand.
