[EquisMetaStock Group] When will Moving Average cross each other?

Could anyone give me any suggestion please?
I have two M.A. and would like to determine when they cross each other 
based on slope between today and yesterday, such as Mov(C,10,S) and Mov
(C,20,S) as long as both M.A. are getting closer to each other 
comparing with prev period.
Does anyone have any suggestion?
