I got one of them - first I asked ebay if they sent it. They said they didn't and were going to turn it over to someone. Then I filled it out with all the perverted answers I could think of.
I never heard from them again.

If you ever get an email saying that your account is suspended, that there
has been unauthorized use of your account, or asking for financial
information such as bank account numbers passwords or credit card numbers;
do the following:
Forward the message to spoof@xxxxxxxx or to spoof@xxxxxxxxxx and ask them if
this is genuine or scam.
It took me a number of emails and phone calls to both these companies to get
this information.
