How I do it, and it may not be the best way, but it works: open up
metastock, select a chart. Open excel, say data is in cola, select
colomn, copy, back to metastock, right click, choose paste special,
then link data. Thats it. Remember that if you delete data in excel
it goes from metastock. You can close excel afterwards, and metastock
keeps information.
