The basic principle of any trading technique or system is: "BUY STRENGTH AND
SELL WEAKNESS". Though you can buy on dips also, but it is advisable to buy
only when a security shows strength. Breakouts from a pattern in up
direction is also a sign of strength.
Moreover, last but not least, use any rules for entry but always sit tight
with tight stop loss and good money management.
