I can't answer your first question. Concerning your line studies you can
save them as templates with descriptive names and then apply the particular
templates to whatever folders/securities that you want. You can set up the
first file in a folder to act as a template for the subsequent files as you
bring them up

Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is a way of using an old smart chart from version
7 with version 9. I keep getting the message "files are not a recognised
version". I have tried everything and cannot figure it out.
I need to update the chart and considering the amount of work I put into the
original I really do not want to have to redraw all the line studies on a
new chart.
