Unless you are dealing with non-commutative calculations, where the order of
the calculations can be important as in vector analysis, the algebraic
manipulations are correct and will give the same answer as BullPower -
BearPower. The BullPower curve is not the BearPower curve, but the
difference is High - Low.

I understood that Elder's Bull Bear Power measured the distance from some 
base line (the EMA) to the high or the low. That is not the same as 
measuring the distance form the high to the low. He has the two indicators 
plotted in separate windows.
