Hi Jim
One thing you can do to improve ST performance is to remove unnecessary PREV and Simulation functions from your code. These functions might be essential to your system, but most code with a number of PREVs can be rebuilt with less when properly thought through. PREV code can slow the System Tester by a factor of from 4 to 50 or more.
This is not necessarily your only problem, but it is a good possibility that it is one of them.
