[EquisMetaStock Group] Help - Tema (smothed) and Moving average

Hello my friends,

i need some help to insert a exploration condition in metastock 9.0

I'd to filter all stocks that has, at same time, fullfiled these two 
conditions:
1 - Cross Tema - mov(tema) - which i've already iserted this one (Cross
((Tema(C,13)-Tema(C,21)),Mov((Tema(C,13)-Tema(C,21)),7,E))

2 - that the moving average of 13 periods is higher (or cross) the 
moving average of 21 periods (i've already tryed mov(c,13,e)>=mov
(c,21,E)

i still think that this condition isnt good enough. 

Can anyone give some help?
