Use the Downloader to copy the files into one folder. While copying, you can check the option to delete the source file.
However, it is always better to leave the data files in separate subdirectories, as data access is faster.
You can a;ways add all the stocks into a single favourites folder and access them from the favourites. Makes like simpler.

the datas from multiple folders to a single folder. I know that if
you check the "Traverse..." option, you can split the datas into
different folders. But how to get the datas back into one folder???
