Yes I did today. They confirmed my suspicions that I had to reinstall. This
went quite smoothly.
Tech support is quite good. I contacted this board because it was too late
to reach tech support and I was looking for an alternative to reinstalling.
Thanks for your concern. Don't worry about suggesting the obvious.
