I had uploaded a set of
indicators for the Gann Fans in the files section quite some time back. They are
still there. The file name is MS65Form.dta.
Please check if they serve your
purpose.
Further, on my homepage, I have set
out a method by which you can set up a Gann Grid, accurately and simply, as Gann
had intended.

you are right, the indicator
is spiky and also the maximum and minimum value doesn't matter. It is a Gann
