Yes I am aware of the many many add-ons you can buy for MS.  That in
fact is why there is such a large cottage industry out there  -  they
supply all of the features that MS LACKS.

I participate in this forum because I used to use MS and still attend
a local MS user group. 

I then moved to the eSignal platform that uses JavaScript for custom
indicators.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to run a custom
indicator against a custom list of stocks in eSig - no Explorations.

SOOOOOOO I started looking again  -  this time I discovered AmiBroker.
 AB is an extremely capable and low cost package that has all of the
features I want.  It has a developer that responds to requests by the
user community for new features.  Plus a very lively and helpful user
community here in Yahoo Groups.

I am no longer looking for TA software.
