[EquisMetaStock Group] Program a Higher Low or a Lower High

["andrew_slemko" <andrew_slemko@xxxxxxxxx>]

Is there a way to program an indictor or expert advisor to indicate 
these two things:

1 - A Higher Low is in place (just occurred)
2 - A Lower High is in place (just occurred)
