This can be caused by something as simple too many nested If() functions.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem for "Internal compiler
error. Insufficient memory for binary."? Sometimes, it will come
out "Formula too complex (temp array overflow)"
I have checked the code twice without error, but don't know how to
handle the problem of insufficient memory for binary.
Could you please give me any suggestion?
