You can look in SFO Magazine (I believe July, August or September).  I don't have it in front of me, but you could simply take the formula and put it into Excel spreadsheet (pretty simple and free).  If you don't have SFO Magazine (AKA "Stocks, Futures and Options"), let me know your email address and I can try emailing a spreadsheet this weekend.
