[EquisMetaStock Group] How to write in crossover of horizontal line on MS Explorer??

Hi:
  Would someone know how to reference to  the horizontal line of an 
indicator in Explorer.
   For example, for RSI indicator:   
How would I write that I wanted an exploration to list stocks where 
the RSI has crossed its "30" horizontal line?
