[EquisMetaStock Group] Excel Data to MetaStock v8/9

Hi

If i have closing prices in excel, does anyone know how i can convert 
them to a metastock readable file?

Are there any tools out there ? also is there a quick way to do a batch 
as i have files for 100 stocks in excel

Also do i need to have high / low prices or can i just use date and 
closing price ?
