[EquisMetaStock Group] Negative values in bar/candlestick charts

In an earlier post, I stated that negative values did not plot in MetaStock
bar and candlestick charts.  Based upon work just completed, I wanted to
correct that statement.  Bar and candlestick charts DO plot negative values
correctly.
