I *think* you can do this kind of a thing with Mansoor's utilities - I
am sure there is a link to it in the links, otherwise just search. 
The downloader can also convert a whole batch of files into text and
then you can parse those text files from the command line.  You can
even put it all in just one file - we've used this to convert out
Metastock data and load it into an SQL DB once.  We also have
developed a java program to do this if you are using that language to
do the parsing.
