Hi Naseily
This is what I do using layouts
It goes something like this - there are probably better ways
Open a chart and then go to File /Save As /Laybout - after giving it a name
Then open the extra charts
Now go to File / Edit Layout and a pop up menu will allow you to add these
extra charts to the existing lay out
AT any time you can save your work (charts/layout ) under the file menu
When you exit MS it will ask you if you want to save - Yes
Then when you reopen the MS the charts should re-appear
