Hello Haders,

Thanks for your input. With verification on my testing conditions in MS7 by my friedn, I verified that the system tester problem was due to MS8.0.

It seems that an upgrade to MS9.0 or MS9.1 is necessary if there is need to use the system tester.

Samuel

Hi Samuel

There are a great many problems with the system tester in MS8.0.  If
you go to the files section you will see the Sprunger guide.  This
guy has put a lot of work into identifying the problems with the
tester.

Also, search this group.  I had many frustrating hours thinking that
I did not know what I was doing when all the time the problem was
this software.  In particular, there are problems with missed trades
as well as incorrect use of margin.

There is a code fix that solves the missed trade problem.

If you can, I would suggest upgrading to MS9.0.  MS8.0 is a horrible
peice of software and in my opinion, should never have been released.

Good luck

Haders

However, I counted from the chart and it actually is the 28th bar.
So, why?

as signal line above the price chart to counter check. It's found
that the tester system result really is not what it should be. That's
why I'm wondering. I went through the MS manual and on-line help
several times but still find no way out.
