Yes.
Assuming you have access to the text data (and not just a jpg pic), this 
is what you need to do:

1) Convert mm.dd.yyyy date format to yyyymmdd;
2) Replace al commas with stops within all data fields;
3) Add a comma after each data field, but not after Volume field;
4) Use a script to automate the above steps;
5) Convert the comma-delimited data into MetaStock format with The 
Downloader or Mansoor's excellent data utility.
