The trouble with any of these psychometric types of evaluation is
that they try to analyse the complexity of an individual in a few
10s or 100s of questions.
Also, they only come up with certain averages from their tests - for
example, on average a successful trader might be a type 'A'
personality or whatever - but one will often find that the really
successful people in a lot of vocations defy the standard.
