I have it and believe its available from Equis for free. 

I also have a set of adaptive indicators which are not in the public 
domain.

My point was that Brad's pricing was out of line with the market. I'm 
sure that a reasonably priced set of adaptive indicators would be a 
welcomed addition to our arsenal of tools.
