[EquisMetaStock Group] converting 1min data to other timeframes

I was wondering if some sort of a tool exists to convert 1min data to
other timeframes (e.g. 10 min, hourly). I'm aware of the fact that
Metastock does this automatically when choosing a different timeframe
for a chart, and that various indicators have been developed as well,
but I want to convert at the level of the raw data (i.e. as it shows
up in the downloader).
