[Metastockusers] Short and Medium term trend changes

As a newbie I'm looking to code the following in Metastock Ver. 
9.0.....

STUT: High price is higher on two consecutive days
STDT: Low price is lower two consecutive days
Peak: High between STUT and STDT
Tough: Low between STDT and STUT
MTUT: Close is higher than the previous peak
MTDT: Close is lower than the previous tough

any code/assistence would be appreciated.
