I don't completely understand what you are asking for, but I have two
sources that can do a risk analysis of your complete portfolio.
If you belong to AAII, they have links to a very complete risk
analysis program. You just input what you own, and how much of each.
Also, there is a free risk-analysis program available on the
Morningstar website. Again, input what you own, and how much.
Both utilize EOD data. You can save your input data, and rerun them
any time in the future.
