You would need to ensure that the MS folder and the data folders are copied to ensure a "mirror". Care needs to be taken that the folders reside on the same drives as the original.

Subject: [EquisMetaStock Group] Keeping MS in sync on 2 systems

I'm using MS daily on both my desktop and laptop and I want MS to be
up-to-date and identical as I switch between my two systems, stuff
such as charts, layouts, indicators, data, etc. I plan to order a USB
flash drive and then write a macro (using a 3rd party program) which
will automatically copy the neccessary folders/files from
laptop/desktop to the flash drive and vice-versa.

My question is which folders (besides obviously the data folders) do I
need to copy? I assume the Charts and Explore folders. Any others?

Thanks,
Harold
