Hi Rakesh
Set compatibility for MS.exe to Win2000. You can do this a number
of ways, by applying the compatibility directly to the exe file, to a desktop
shortcut, or to the Start menu shortcut. If you use the MS DownLoader
you'll need to do the same thing for it too.
If Win2000 doesn't work, try the other options in turn. The same
problem can show up with later versions as well.
