Thanks for your help superfraga, but the formulae that you wrote, is exactly 
the same that i've used in my attachment to calculate manualy the RSI.

I don't use " Big Charts".  The origin of my data is a local vendor 
(Brazil).
For the example I simply opened "the downloader" and copy real data of my 
database (the same that MS uses to calculate its own RSI, at least I supose 
!).

And the results ain't the same.

I'll try to use more data as Andrew propose.
