[EquisMetaStock Group] Directional Movement Tester/Expert for "Extreme Point Rule"

Does anyone have formulas for a Directional Movement Expert or Tester 
for "Extreme Point Rule"? The one that ships with Metastock seems to 
ignore the Extreme Point Rule, which is a very important rule, IMHO.
