[EquisMetaStock Group] Tutorial

i am way ahead of myself.  I think rather than getting my formulas and 
filters up and running, what i need is a good Metastock tutorial.  
Anyone know of a good book, website, cd etc that get s one familiar 
with the MS quirks and such?
