[EquisMetaStock Group] Re: First value of MS arrays

That surely worked, just plucked out what was needed from the
fmlvars.

Like I said, everyone should have their own Jose Silva. By the way
what I was trying to do here was create a line from a given date that
would show the "average" growth rate (returns) of a stock against its
actual price growth rate.

Interesting to see by this that last year EBAY was growing at a 200%
rate of return (annulaized) per day! Even now it is at a price level
implying a growth rate of 15% from last year levels.

Is it useful in trading? I'd say it might help spot those stocks
getting heavily discounted in either direction.

To get the percentage growth, just did this (see if this makes sense):

((LastValue(xValue)/100)*200)/252); -- gives line for a 200% growth
rate acoss 252 trading days for the year instead of calendar.

Thanks so much

I used the deBry Line function in their .dll from the EOD toolkit in
SpyGlass. I know it could be coded up purely in formula but happened
to have it lying around.
