This has not changed since version 7.0.
With the eSignal version, during install it asks who the vendor 
should be (eSignal, Signal Broadcast, BMI, or No Real-time 
vendor).With the Quote.com version, you do not have these options, it 
is only to be used with Quote.com.
There was never a version that allowed you to pick ANY vendor.
