[EquisMetaStock Group] mov average at a peak

Hi I am new to meatstock and was wondering how you do a moving 
average at a peak.

When I try,
PB1:=PeakBars(1,CLOSE,10);
MA1:=mov(ref(C,- PB1),9,E);

I receive the error This variable or expression must contain only 
constant data.

Is there anyway to achieve what I am trying to do ?
