It's a moving average based system. Moving average systems always do 
well in a trending market. The problem with this system is it's 
heavily opted which gives it too much curve fit to be reliable. When 
it's curve fit, it will always look good over the past history.

I don't have time to check the robustness to determine the degree of 
curve fit required to make this work. You need to read some systems 
development books and figure out how to determine this stuff for 
yourself.
