If you can find it, try Hayes "The Research Driven Investor". It just went
out of print in the US, but I understand there are regularly priced copies
around in the UK and maybe elsewhere, as well as through the library system.
It describes a top down approach combining fundamental and technical
analysis.

Subject: [Metastockusers] Top Down Analysis

Hi All,
I am looking to improve my skills regarding top down analysis to complement
my generally bottom up technical analysis approach. Anyone care to share any
favorite books or websites covering economic analysis, broad market
analysis, sector rotation, that sort of thing? Thanks in advance, Scott
Johnson
