In the relative strength discussions where I looked at the other 
formulas that have been posted, I forgot to mention that these 
surogate formulas leave out one important element of RSC. They don't 
compare a stock's performance to the performance of an index, which 
is critical to IBD's method. Jose's URSC is the only method that does 
that.
