The defaults are to buy a 100 share lot starting with 10000 equity,
so if what you are testing is trading at 100 or more, there is not
enough equity to purchase the 100 shares (100*100=10000). Try change
it to % of available equity. The amount you are coming up with is
probably the 3% money market.
