Hi Rua,
It would not be error proof but would find likely candidates.
O >= C * 2 for instance would usually find all issues that had a two for one
split, but would also find stocks that doubled in price for the day on their
open (doesn't happen very often).
Also, depending on your data vendor, splits are usually corrected in their
historical datafiles. Often however this takes them a day or two so the
above code should pick them up as they are happening.
