[EquisMetaStock Group] IBD Relative Price Strength (RS) Line

Is there a way in MS9 to plot the equivalent of Investor's Business 
Daily's Relative Price Strength (RS) line? 
(NOTE: I'm after the RS line, not just the instantaneous RS).
